The 9-box grid is a tool to distribute employees across the dimensions of performance and potential . The performance of an employee is generally measured by progress of the assigned goals or other tasks . The Potential of any employee can be measured by proficiency against the defined competencies of the role of the employee.

Happy to share that 9-box grid can now be easily plotted in Peoplebox.

How it works?

• Click on the CALIBRATION tab on the admin panel
• Toggle Show Analytics button to start seeing the charts
• Click on the 9 Box button to view the grid
• Select the two questions for which you want to see the 9 box ; mostly the questions are goal score and competency score but there is no restriction on which question you can select for the X-axis and Y-axis of the 9 box
• You will see the distribution in the 9 boxes ; you can rename the boxes' title as per your standard
• You can hover and click over each box to see the list of employees in the box
• As you calibrate the distribution in different boxes will change and help you visualize the distribution
