Currently, when customers select a rating, the response choices appear sequentially, which is effective for 1-5 responses but can become cumbersome with additional options. To enhance this experience, we have introduced new options for creating and displaying rating responses.

Here’s what you can expect:

1. Introducing Review Cycle Creation: Now, when creating a rating response, you have an option similar to text responses.
2. Explore New Rating Options: Select from:

• Multiple choice

• Dropdown

When selecting the dropdown option, it replaces multiple choices with a dropdown menu, ensuring a cleaner and more concise user interface. This improvement allows for easy navigation and enhances usability, even with a larger number of responses.
