Competency Panels in Employee Profiles

We’re excited to introduce two new Competency Panels in the Employee Profile, designed to enhance competency tracking and assessment.

What's New?

  1. Current Competencies Panel:
  • Displays an employee’s competencies along with their weightages.
  1. Gap Analysis Chart:
  • Shows competency scores given by the employee and their manager, along with weightages.
  • Includes a spider graph for clear and intuitive data visualization.

Key Conditions for Availability:

  • Only review cycles with competencies enabled will appear in the dropdown.
  • The employee must have been a reviewee in the selected review cycle and have associated competencies.
  • The review cycle must have completed the release review phase.
  • At least one competency score (either by self or manager) must be available for the employee.
  • If the review cycle includes competency weightages, they will be displayed in the panel.
  • The spider graph visually represents the manager's scores for competencies in the selected review cycle.
  • All competency scores should match the original scores given by the self and manager.

This update makes competency tracking more transparent, insightful, and data-driven, helping organizations make informed talent decisions.
