• Customizable Weightage Limits:

1. Admins can now define optional minimum and maximum weightage limits for each goal.
2. Limits are specified as percentages (e.g., 5% to 100%), ensuring goals align with organizational priorities.
3. Built-in validation ensures all inputs fall within these boundaries for seamless configuration.

• Enhanced Input Validation:

1. Inline validation ensures inputs are percentage-only, preventing errors.
2. Real-time error messages guide users when invalid values are entered (e.g., “Weightage must be between X% and Y%.”).
3. Goals cannot be submitted until all weightages comply with the configured rules.

• Flexible Goal Weightage Management:

1. Admins and reviewees can set a 0% weightage for goals that are not a priority.
2. Minimum and maximum limits are applied individually to each goal rather than cumulatively across all goals.
3. A new option to reset weights is available on Goal Selection and Approval dashboards, making updates faster and easier.
