Delegate IDP Administration:
- Grant IDP admin access to selected non-admin users.
- Restrict access using employee filters such as Department, Location, Manager, or custom attributes.
- Safely delegate IDP management while maintaining controlled access.
Standard IDP Reports:
Get organization-wide insights with four built-in reports:
- All Active IDPs – Track active development plans and their progress.
- Plan Types – Monitor usage of different development plan types.
- Action Item Types – Understand how action items are being used.
- Progress Types – Analyze progress tracking across development plans.
