We’re introducing the Pending Launches Visibility feature to simplify participant management. This update centralizes participant details, offers clear Call-to-Actions (CTAs), and provides intuitive filters for efficient oversight, making it easier to manage pending launches and incomplete phases while reducing manual effort.

Feature Highlights

• Interactive Phase Management:

1. Clicking on any phase row in the Phases table now opens a dynamic side drawer with the Participants Tab as the default view.
2. The Notifications Tab, previously located in the Notifications column, is now accessible within the side drawer, enabling seamless switching between tabs.

• Improved Participant Filters:

1. All: View a complete list of participants with their respective Launch and Completion Status.
2. Launch Pending: Identify participants with pending launches for immediate action.
3. Not Completed: Highlight participants who haven’t completed their launched phases for effective follow-up.

• Streamlined Participant Actions:

1. Launch Pending Flow: Select participants individually or collectively using checkboxes. Filter participants by Name or Email for precision. Use the Launch Button to navigate directly to the Launch Drawer, pre-filling selected participants for action.
2. Not Completed Flow: Similar to the Launch Pending flow. Use the Remind button to navigate to the Remind Drawer, pre-populating selected participants for reminders.
