We have added 2 new sections in the reporting section for Goals 

1) Goals by Department - This report helps admins view teams that have created goals and those that haven't. Further, admins can view the # of goals they have created or updated and when was the last time they created or updated a goal for all cycles. This report will help admins nudge teams that haven't created their goals or haven't checked in during the last check-in cadence.

2) % of employees with goals by Department - This report helps admins drill down in the above Goals by Department report to know the % coverage of employees with goals in each team in a goal cycle. This report will help admins nudge individuals who haven't created their goals for the respective goal cycle.
