Greater Flexibility With Post-Submission Review Edits

🏆 Performance Reviews

You can now edit selected review form settings even after reviewers have submitted their responses in normal performance review cycles — without affecting existing answers or requiring reviewers to resubmit.

What can you edit?

Question Blocks:

  • Question text, description, and short alias
  • Question access
  • Skip/required settings
  • Rating option labels
  • Score visibility

Description & Section Blocks:

  • Block text

Competency & Calculated Questions:

  • All of the above settings
  • Rating scale labels (legends only, not scores)

Goals:

  • Score/text required settings
  • Required fields and score visibility
  • Rating scale labels for existing scale points

Final Score:

  • Enable/disable the Final Score

What stays locked?

Structural and scoring settings that could impact existing responses remain locked, including:

  • Question type
  • Rating scale structure and values
  • Block type, formulas, weights, and layout
  • N/A settings
  • Review display/column configuration
  • Most goal scoring settings
  • Final Score configuration, including computation mode, weights, and reviewer types

This gives admins more flexibility to make necessary content and visibility updates without disrupting responses that have already been submitted.
