With the new IDP Feedback Integration, feedback can be linked to specific IDP Development Areas, giving managers, approvers, admins, and employees better context, clearer visibility, and a more actionable development experience.

What’s New?

• Managers: Give or request feedback for direct reports on specific Development Areas.
• Plan Approvers: Provide feedback on Development Areas once the plan is live.
• Admins: Create or request feedback for any employee’s IDP Development Areas.
• Employees: Request feedback on their own Development Areas.
• IDP Feedback Filters: Find IDP-related feedback more easily using new filters in the Feedback Received and Feedback Given tabs.
• IDP Context on Homepage: Quickly identify whether a feedback request is linked to an IDP Development Area or is a general feedback request.
