Include Custom Reviewers like Co-manager, Skip Manager in Reviews

Peoplebox currently supports four standard reviewers(self, manager, peer, & direct report) that can be enabled in Performance reviews. But sometimes there is a need for extra custom reviewers like a Skip level manager or co-manager to write feedback for an employee . We are thrilled to announce that this can be easily done on Peoplebox now.

How this works?

• While creating review cycle in the Config step you can click on "Add additional review roles"
• Enter the name of the custom reviewer and the label for the reviewee
• Optionally if you want Goals or Competencies enabled for the custom reviewer that you have created , you can enable them in the Goals and Competencies section
• In the forms step configure the form of the custom reviewer you have enabled
• In the Reviewer step, you can download the template, and upload these custom reviewers in the format available
