Automatic Goal Approval:

• When goal selection is complete, the goal approval phase opens automatically.
• Managers receive an email to approve the goals.
• Once approved, reviewees receive an email to view their goals.

Seamless Peer Approval:

• After peer selection, the peer approval phase opens automatically.
• Managers receive an email to approve their peers.
• Once approved, reviewees receive an email to view their peers.

Effortless Manager Summary:

• Upon completion of the self-review, the manager summary phase opens automatically.
• Managers receive an email to write the manager summary.
