Introducing Goal Block View Types in Reviews

With our latest update, Admins can now configure how goals are displayed within review cycles, ensuring a more efficient and focused review experience.

Enhanced View Modes

• Linear Mode (existing view): The classic scroll-through format for quick reference.
• Tabular Mode: A structured grid-style layout for clearer visibility and easier comparison.

Customizable Columns in Tabular Mode

Admins can tailor the goal display to match their team’s needs:

• Select which columns are shown
• Reorder columns in any sequence
• Build layouts that support each team’s workflow

Full Screen Goal View

• Users now have the option to open the goal block in full screen, ensuring improved readability and easier navigation through detailed goal information.

Important Notes!

• Tabular Mode in Multi-Reviewer Forms: Reviewers actively completing the form will always see the goals in Tabular Mode. However, once responses are submitted, other reviewers viewing those responses will see the goals in Linear Mode. For example: In a Manager Review’s post-submission view, a Tabular Goal Block within a peer or direct report section will display in Linear Mode.
• Right-Side Response Drawer: Within the response drawer (visible to managers and skip-level managers), all goals appear in Linear Mode regardless of the original configuration.
• PDF Downloads: All exported PDFs will display goals in Linear Mode, even if the original block was configured in Tabular Mode.
