Introducing Manager-Led Peer Selection for Enhanced Reviews

We’ve enhanced the peer selection flow to give managers more control and improve audit visibility.

What’s New:

• Manager-Controlled Peer Selection: Managers now have the ability to directly select peers for their team members' reviews, making the process smoother and more efficient.

• Improved Tracking & Audit Capabilities: We’ve built in a robust tracking system that shows exactly who added which reviewers. This added visibility gives admins better control and improves the audit process, ensuring everything is well-documented and easily traceable.
