Manager Progress View – Receiving Feedback

We’ve introduced a new way for managers to track feedback activity across their teams — all in one place. The Receiving Feedback view provides a clear, consolidated snapshot of progress across different review phases, helping managers stay informed and act where needed.

Key Highlights

• Review Phases Overview: Quickly see which reviews are Pending, Submitted, or Approved. The Write Reviews phase is also broken down by reviewer type: Self, Peer, Manager, and Direct Report.
• Switch Between Team Views: Managers can toggle between views for: Entire Team, Direct Reports, Indirect Reports. This is especially helpful for skip-level and matrix managers who need visibility across broader team structures.
• Smart Grouping Options: Data can now be grouped by: Reporting Manager, Department. This enhancement makes it easier to navigate large teams and identify where follow-ups are needed.
