We're thrilled to announce the launch of our latest feature, the Goals Audit Log, designed to enhance transparency, accountability, and trust within the Peoplebox Goals module.

Problem Addressed:

• The Peoplebox Goals module previously didn't save or show the changes done to the properties of a goal like title, start, target, owners etc by the user.
• When the org size increases, capturing these details and showing them to the users is important to maintain the integrity of the process and the system.
• This becomes an even bigger problem when the owners of the O and the KR are different. The owners of O need to be notified about any changes done to the KRs under their objective, notably the most important ones are start/target value changes or deletion of a KR.
• Thus, the ability to be notified if any changes happen to my goals or goals that are under my goals is an important aspect that helps the owners, managers, and admins keep track of the changes made to a goal.

• Comprehensive Tracking: Gain insights into changes such as goal name, visibility settings, key results, progress type, goal type, cycle dates, ownership, description, alignment, progress/project integrations, milestones, departments, and more.
• Real-Time Updates: Stay informed about modifications in real-time through daily digest emails, ensuring transparency and accountability at every step.
• Granular Control: Admins can view, filter, and download audit logs directly from the Goals settings tab. Filter activities based on goal title, and owner, and export data as a CSV for comprehensive analysis.
