We're thrilled to announce the launch tagging of Goals, designed to allow users to assign customizable tags to their goals, enhancing the organization, visibility, and searchability of their objectives.

Why Goal Tagging?

Goal tagging is a feature that our users have been eagerly waiting for. Tags will enable users to categorize goals by attributes such as "priority","size," or "Company Values" making it easier to filter and manage goals efficiently.

Key Features of Goal Tagging:

Assign Multiple Tags: As a goal creator or owner, you can now assign one or more tags to a goal. This will help you and other users quickly identify specific goals.

Create and Edit Tags: Easily create new tags if they don't exist in the system. All tags are unique and case-insensitive. You can also edit tags to rename them, with all associated goals reflecting the updated tag automatically.

View and Manage Tags: Tags assigned to goals are visible under the goal title, similar to how the goal type and due date are shown.

Filtering and Sorting: You can filter goals by tags, improving the navigation and prioritization of goals based on user-defined criteria.

Permissions and Security: All users can create tags, but only admins can delete them. Tags associated with private goals are viewable to everyone, maintaining the confidentiality of the goal content.

Export and Reporting: When exporting goals, tags are included as a new column.

Audit Log: New audit logs will track when tags are assigned or removed from goals, ensuring full traceability.
