New Release: Reviews AI Summary

We’ve enhanced the Reviews Summary sidebar with Nova AI-powered summaries, helping managers and admins quickly understand an employee’s performance from feedback received during a review cycle.

1. What’s New?

With Reviews AI Summary, managers can now:

• Generate AI-powered summaries of reviews received for a selected review cycle.
• Select multiple reviewer types to include feedback from different sources.
• Consolidate reviewer feedback into a single summary instead of reviewing individual responses.
• Access AI summaries across the product wherever the Reviews Summary sidebar is available.

2. Where Can You Use It?

Reviews AI Summary is now available in:

• Direct Report Reviews → Reviews Summary Sidebar
• Reviewees Tab → Reviews Received
• Calibration Tab → View Review Summary
• Employee Overview → Reviews Section
• Compensation & Calibration Table

3. Why It’s Useful?

• Quickly identify key themes and insights across reviewer feedback.
• Get a holistic view of an employee’s performance.
• Reduce the need to go through multiple review responses individually.
• Make more informed and efficient review decisions.

Note: Reviews AI Summary is available only when Reviews AI is enabled in Nova AI Settings.
