Release Announcement: Import & Export Activity (V2)

We're excited to announce the next evolution of Import & Export Activity. Building on the visibility introduced in V1, the activity page now supports Employee CSV Imports and Exports, giving admins a complete audit trail for employee data operations alongside OKR imports.

What's New?

Employee Import Tracking:

Every Employee CSV import initiated from Settings → People is now automatically logged with key details, including:

  • Import status
  • Number of rows processed
  • Processing duration
  • Import outcome
  • Downloadable per-row result report

Employee Export History:

Every Export Employees action is now recorded in the activity log, allowing admins to:

  • View completed export history
  • Re-download the exact exported spreadsheet at any time

Live Exports Tab:

The Exports tab, introduced as a placeholder in V1, is now fully functional and automatically displays every completed employee export.

One-Click Downloads:

Download import reports and exported spreadsheets directly from the activity page using the download action on each completed log.

Shared Admin Visibility:

Import and export history is now visible to all workspace admins, enabling seamless collaboration and making it easier for teams to manage and hand off data operations.
