Release Announcement: Import & Export Activity (V4)

We're excited to expand Import & Export Activity with support for the Reviews module. Every import and export performed within Reviews is now automatically logged, searchable, and available for re-download. With this release, the activity page is also available to all users, allowing everyone to track their own import and export history.

What's New?

Reviews Import & Export Tracking:

All major Reviews CSV workflows are now automatically logged, including:

• Reviewee Imports
• Reviewer Imports
• Reviewee Competency Imports
• Calibration Imports & Exports
• Review templates and error report exports

Each log includes row count, processing duration, outcome, and downloadable reports.

Better Support for Partial Imports:

Partially successful imports now generate detailed result reports, highlighting failed rows and the reason for each error, making it easier to correct and re-upload only the affected records.

Unified Notifications:

Import and export completion notifications now take you directly to the corresponding activity log, including partial imports, providing a single, consistent experience.

Re-download Reports & Templates:

Error reports, exported CSVs, and pre-filled import templates are now logged and can be re-downloaded anytime from the activity page.

Available to All Users:

Import & Export Activity is no longer limited to admins. Every user can access the page and view only their own import and export history, ensuring secure, user-specific visibility.
