Standardized CSV Template:

The migration is powered by a structured CSV template that supports the complete survey hierarchy.

The template includes:

• Survey Details: Title, Status, Visibility, Schedule, Creator, Task Type
• Survey Settings: Anonymous/Identified surveys, eNPS configuration
• Questions: Question text, type, driver, and display order
• Question Options: Option values for supported question types
• Responses: Employee email, response text, selected option, and NPS score

This standardized format makes it simple to migrate surveys from existing platforms with minimal manual effort.
