Enhancing the                                                                                         Additional reviewers functionality that we released recently . Now review admins can allow(optional) additional reviewers to view the reviews written by other reviewers like self, manager, peers, direct reports etc. This will help the additional reviewers to have the full context about the reviewee while they write their review .

This can help satisfy below sample use-case of hierarchical review like

• Department Head/Line Manager/Skip Manager/Founder etc(additional reviewer)
• Manager

• Reviewee

How it works?

1. While adding additional reviewer role add reviewer title, reviewee title
2. Check the checkbox Enable Review Visibility
3. Now when the additional reviewer writes their review they would be able to view other reviewers' review similar to how a manger can.
